Bay Area Home Options has  completed the application and is currently being reviewed by the City of Antioch for 30-units of senior housing on 2.5 acres. This beautiful site has over 1 acre of open space with a year round creek and direct access to the Antioch senior center via mass transit bus stop adjacent to the site.



Bay Area Home Options has completed an application with the City of Stockton for the first phase (51-units) of a 300-320 unit development. This project will lease home sites to HUD code and Park Model Recreational Vehicle (PMRV) home owners who choose to live in community. Projected rents will range from $575 to $700 per month depending on lot size and location.
