Shawn provides in-house, vertical process management to improve efficiencies, increase customer satisfaction, and create win-win partnerships for stakeholders. He brings creative solutions to complex deals with financial, environmental, and bureaucratic obstacles.
Shawn is currently focused on creating affordable housing in California by developing new manufactured home parks for tiny house communities.
This work has brought Shawn back to his passion for creating affordable land lease communities. A prime example being the 186-unit Avalon mobile home park developed in 1998 and located in North Mankato, MN.
